Kennedy Events: Why does the events industry appeal to you?

Diana: I love the creativity and innovation woven into every event. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about seeing a well-thought-out plan come to life, and the joy it brings to a team when everything clicks.

What’s one of your favorite events?

My favorite kind of event is one that unites people from all walks of life around a shared vision. I love it when guests feel like they belong, and for a few moments, they forget their worries and just enjoy being part of something meaningful.

What’s one thing that surprised you about working for Kennedy Events?

The level of planning and the systems we have in place—it’s amazing! Nothing gets overlooked, and every team member brings their unique strengths to the table. It’s a true collaboration, and it shows in the results.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Being part of an incredible team and knowing that the work we do has a positive impact on so many people.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration everywhere—in being alive, in a beautiful sunset, in a child’s smile. Especially in the feeling of togetherness that a well-executed event creates. The world is full of little moments that spark creativity.

What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?

Greece! I’m drawn to those beautiful beaches and the contrast of the sea against the rocky hills. I can’t imagine not experiencing it in person.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

To transform anything I come across into its most perfect form.

What’s your typical weekend activity?

Staying home with a good book, tackling some housework, visiting family, dining out, and unwinding before the new week begins.

What’s your comfort food?

Dark chocolate and creamy potato soup—both bring instant comfort!

What’s your favorite after-hours activity?

Taking a walk to get fresh air and clear my mind.
